Turn fragmented services into coordinated care.

Clarity is a configurable, closed-loop case management platform built with survivors — strengthening cross-agency response across every human-services mission, from trafficking response to re-entry.

The problem

A survivor's story shouldn't live in twelve different systems.

Hotlines, outreach teams, shelters, law enforcement, recovery programs — each holds a fragment. The full picture never comes together, and the person in the middle retells their trauma at every door.

The platform · Clarity Core

One platform. Many capabilities. Zero fragmentation.

Clarity Core is your single source of truth — the secure, compliant hub every case flows through. It reduces administrative burden while enabling de-identified coordination across every organization involved.

01

Universal data repository

A single source of truth storing all historical data from every module.

02

Long-term case tracking

Longitudinal monitoring of clients, outcomes, and historical trends.

03

Dynamic form builder

A visual editor to create and deploy forms straight to field teams.

04

Program management

Build "data-centered" aggregate programs and "client-centered" PII programs.

05

Global transactions view

A consolidated ledger of every resource exchange across the ecosystem.

06

Conversion engine

One-click workflows that turn intakes, referrals, or tips into full profiles.

Built on a modular hub-and-spoke architecture — every organization starts with the same secure, compliant core, then expands through purpose-built modules that solve specific operational challenges without breaking your workflow or your data.

Grant management & automated reporting

Grant reporting that writes itself from data you already have.

Standalone grant tools stop at discovery, or make you re-key outcome data at reporting time. Clarity already captures that data as a byproduct of case management — service logs, auto-scored assessments, MAR, bed occupancy. So this is a reporting layer over data Clarity already owns, not another grant tracker.

01

Grants as first-class objects

Funder, amount, restricted or unrestricted, period of performance, and full lifecycle state — not a row in a spreadsheet.

02

Metric-to-data-source mapping

Every funder metric — unduplicated clients served, bed-nights — binds to real Clarity data and resolves to a defensible, deduplicated number.

03

Budget to actuals

Spend tracked against the budget you committed to, with variance flagged as it moves.

04

Immutable audit trail

Every change is recorded, and the approver is never the author.

05

Tiered deadline engine

Escalating alerts at 60, 30, 14, 7, and 3 days out — so nothing arrives as a surprise.

06

Versioned report templates

Report templates configured per funder and versioned, so each funder gets the format it actually asked for.

07

Scheduled auto-generation

Reports generate on schedule, route for review and approval, then export audit-ready.

08

Variance & exception reporting

Outcome-to-target and budget-to-actual gaps surfaced as exceptions, not buried in an export.

09

Import & migration

Bring existing grant records with you — including from GrantHub, which is being discontinued in 2026.

Eight agents. One shared brain.

A suite of agents that work on top of the case data your organization already holds — one shared brain, isolated per organization. They draft, summarize, check, and surface. They don't decide.

Workforce Compliance

Every case management vendor has built a system of record for clients. None has built one for staff — and staff credentials determine whether an agency can bill, pass an audit, and keep its funding. That gap is what we intend to close next.

The idea

Credential-to-service gating: a service log or billing claim gets flagged when the staff member's credential has lapsed — at the point of service logging, not months later in an audit. Designed to flag by default, not to halt an agency's operations on day one.

What it would prevent

  • A clinician's license lapses and billing continues under it — clawback of every claim in the lapse window.
  • A surveyor asks for a random staff file and the agency scrambles, delaying accreditation.
  • A grant monitor asks for proof of required staff training that no one can produce.
  • An LCSW candidate's supervision hours were never formally documented, costing two years of licensure progress.

Workforce Compliance is in design and is not part of Clarity today. It is described here as direction, not as a capability you can buy.

The philosophy

Less paper. More people.

Clarity isn't just a place to store data — it's a force multiplier for the people doing the work. When the keyboard disappears, your team gets back the hours that matter.

The old way
With Clarity

Chasing documentation

Hours calling and texting for pay stubs, meeting logs, and forms.

Captured at the source

Participants and field staff submit directly. You approve in real time.

Data-entry fatigue

Manually retyping dates, names, and notes into the system.

Zero transcription

Data lands in the Core the moment it's captured — nothing to re-key.

Reactive crisis response

Only learning a client is struggling once they miss a deadline.

Early intervention

Trends and challenge logs surface instantly, so you can act sooner.

Buried in administration

Sifting through folders for the right form for each program phase.

The system does the sorting

Phase-aware logic shows exactly what's needed, and nothing else.

“Technology works best when it's designed alongside the people it's meant to serve — not above them.”

The heart behind Clarity

Clarity wasn't imagined in a boardroom — it was designed in the field.

Boomer Rose, founder of Clarity
Boomer RoseConcept designer & product

Founded and built by PRR, Clarity's vision was shaped by Boomer Rose. Drawing from lived experience with trauma, recovery, justice involvement, and system navigation, he translated real-world challenges into functional design — mapping how people actually move through services, not how systems assume they do.

Working alongside PRR's co-founders and engineering team, he helped define Clarity's structure, workflows, and metrics, balancing human dignity with the realities of compliance, reporting, and scale.

At its core, Clarity reflects a simple belief: technology works best when it's designed alongside the people it's meant to serve — not above them.

Built for the hardest work in human services

One core. Eight missions.

Human services is not one industry. An anti-trafficking task force, a recovery program, a re-entry nonprofit, and an IDD provider each speak a different language and answer to different funders. Underneath, their operations rhyme.

Human trafficking response

Beacon flags trafficking indicators on hotline reports in seconds, Sanctuary runs airport and hotel soft rooms, and Spotlight carries specialized law-enforcement recovery workflows.

Substance abuse & recovery

Pathway lets participants log 12-step meetings, daily gratitude check-ins, and employment progress from their own phone, with wellness tools built in.

Adult re-entry

The employment hub tracks applications, interviews, and pay-stub uploads; program-phase forms surface only what a participant needs right now.

Veteran services

A searchable partner directory with warm referral hand-offs, and outcomes that accumulate into the report a funder asks about.

Domestic violence

Crisis calls transcribed in real time so no detail is lost, with sensitive referral records kept separate from the main client database.

Refugee & resettlement

Meals, kits, and vouchers logged once, grant-ready; coordination with partner agencies runs on de-identified data.

Foster care & youth

Dynamic forms configured per program, and a longitudinal view of every case over years, not just the last contact.

IDD & disability services

Role- and license-based access scopes every view, and every service exchange lands in one auditable ledger.

Crisis response

Survivor-centered coordination and support during critical emergency situations — across all eight.

Founded by survivors, built for survivors.

Pricing

Simple, transparent pricing.

Professional-grade oversight with low-friction, cost-effective field tools. The more you scale, the less each seat costs.
